A short set of rules that keeps the club calm and fair for every family. By booking a seat you agree to the points below.
The club opens Monday to Thursday 11:00–21:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00–23:00, and Sunday 10:00–20:00. Seats can be booked ahead through the site or taken at the counter when free. A birthday block should be booked at least three days in advance so we can reset the row by age. If plans change, let us know and we will free the seats for another family.
You pay by the hour at the rate shown for your zone, with half-hour top-ups on the same rate. Every visitor receives one sticker token per visit, free with the hour and handed over at the counter. A token draws a single sticker capsule from the machine — nothing else. A completed seasonal sticker set can be swapped for one free hour of play. Stickers hold no cash value and are never sold, so please treat them as the keepsake they are.
Children under ten must stay with an adult inside the hall. From age ten, a parent may sign a short consent slip and wait in the bench area by the door. We keep a contact phone number for every booking that includes a visitor under fourteen, and we will call before a session ends if needed.
Keep the volume friendly, share the aisles, and let the staff know if a station misbehaves rather than fixing it yourself. We ask everyone to be kind to younger players in the kids corner. Anyone who makes the room unsafe or unpleasant for other families may be asked to end their session.
Lidded drinks are fine at a seat, but please keep food and open cups off the desks. Birthday cake belongs at the corner table. The stations, chairs and peripherals belong to the club; report any damage at the counter. Games are filtered by age rating per zone, and staff can lock a station to a single title on request.
